CoWriter is an AI-powered book writing platform that helps users create, edit, and publish nonfiction and fiction books. The Service includes AI-assisted writing tools, book cover generation, market analysis, and export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using CoWriter. This includes book text, outlines, descriptions, and any other materials generated through the platform. CoWriter does not claim any ownership rights over your content.

5. Subscription & Credits

CoWriter offers various subscription tiers and credit-based pricing. Credits are consumed when AI generation begins and are non-refundable once a generation process has started. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI through the Service is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited by you before publication. CoWriter does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying all facts, claims, and citations in your content before publishing.

8. Data Retention

Books created through the Service may be archived but are never permanently deleted from your account. You may export your content at any time in supported formats.

9. Limitation of Liability

CoWriter is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
